I can’t say enough about our stay. We were a large group and we felt all right at home. It is a beautiful home with very nice decor and it was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was the best!! It was well equipped with all necessary utensils and beautiful dishes. We truly enjoyed the stay. Brian communicated all the details and he seemed very friendly and attentive in all the emails. I will definitely keep this listing in mind if I travel to Athens again. Thank you so much Brian!!

My girlfriends and I were here for a bachelorette party weekend back at our Alma Mater, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. We felt right at home, the beds were comfortable, very clean and great location. We would definitely come back and stay here!!

Cozy and quiet, with plenty of amenities and no stairs! We were able to secure early check-in and late check-out at very reasonable prices, which was critical for us coming from the West Coast on a red-eye and needing to adjust to the time difference. Brian was very quick to respond to all our inquiries. Definitely a great place to stay as a family.

The cottage was lovely! It was very clean with the added bonus of washer / dryer. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants at Five Points each evening. Brian was very responsive and helpful when we needed to message him.

The apartment was perfect for me and my daughter. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were even able to walk to dinner one night. Brian was very responsive and helpful in making restaurants recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location! Such a cute spot that is easily walkable to lots of fun locations. We had a great time during our stay and this spot was perfect for 2 adults, 2 kids.

Outstanding place that exceeded our expectations. Owner was communitive and very responsive to questions. Was greated this morning with a small in velvet buck deer in the back yard. Approximately 1 mile from down town and easy to find. Would highly recommend renting.

What a charming home! Our family came for our daughter’s wedding & we stayed almost a week! We needed a spacious place to gather and this home is wonderful! It met all our expectations! The comfortable beds, the efficient kitchen, the lovely screened porch, many areas to relax & enjoy. You need to book Brian’s place, you will be happy you did!

This place is a great landing spot for a trip to Athens. It's located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood and is close to campus and restaurants. Its is really well thought out in terms of use of space. The kitchen is cute and well-stocked, with lots of storage. The washer/dryer is an added bonus! Although the bathroom is small, it manages to squeeze in some storage (and hooks!) and is clean and stylish. Although I didn't have any problems with it, I could see the small driveway with parking shared with the upstairs unit being a bit dicey. Would definitely stay here again!
