The upstairs apartment and the front patio. Access the unit via a private staircase and keyless entry. There is one dedicated parking spot for this rental, as well as street parking directly in front of the house.

The living room features a comfortable sofa for lounging, two leather chairs, three ottomans, and a 42-inch flat screen Roku TV. Enjoy tv provided by cable and streaming channels such as Netflix, Amazon, ESPN, HBO, Starz, Showtime, and more. The bedroom features a queen size memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, two large mirrors, a luggage rack, closet space with hangers, and drawers for storage. The kitchen features a full refrigerator, full range with oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, and dishes and silverware for your stay. There are two spaces to sit and eat. A two-seat table in the kitchen and a 4 seat dining table in the main living space. The patio space out front features a two-seat bench and two individual seats. Surrounded by plants and outdoor lighting, this space lights up at night.
