My daughter and I had a fabulous weekend in Athens! The apartment was just as described -- super clean and comfy, and everything we needed! (I especially liked the extra firm mattress.) We didn't cook while we were there but the kitchen was fully stocked if we had needed it. We loved being in Five Points! We walked to Fully Loaded, Marker Seven, and Condor Chocolates; as well as to the Dan Magill Tennis Facility and Foley Field. Brian was a great host! Self check-in was easy and Brian checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment and would love to stay here again when we're back in Athens!

We loved staying here. The location was amazing. The place was so cozy and comfortable. Very very clean. All the supplies you could possible need. Easy to check in. Easy to check out. Great communication with the host. Would love to stay here again sometime.

I was in town to see my college aged son. I enjoyed my stay at Brian’s place, it was convenient to Five Points and also to the university. It had all necessary amenities and was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

I’ve been coming to Athens regularly for over 5 years and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. Place was spotless, had everything you’d need for a brief stay and was convenient to everything Athens. Five Points is a 10-minute walk - Perfect.

My wife and really enjoyed this place. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is only a 5 minute walk to 5 points. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Athens.
