Great location for UGA football trip. Easily walkable to town and campus. Inside of the house was clean and updated. Very private, quiet neighborhood but still only 2 blocks to downtown.

Great location! Such a cute spot that is easily walkable to lots of fun locations. We had a great time during our stay and this spot was perfect for 2 adults, 2 kids.

The location was perfect, halfway between the wedding venue and downtown. We walked to restaurants, shops and the campus and even enjoyed breakfast across the street. Keep in mind the main house is under construction, but they stop at a reasonable time, and it does not impact the carriage house at all. Don't let the outside discourage you from booking, the inside is set up nicely and is very clean. Book it today and enjoy Athens!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. We were totally impressed by this little brick carriage house! Loved the character, use of space, nicely decorated and very comfy beds. Great location to walk downtown. Only suggestion is to add more mirrors (girls weekend was challenging sharing one bathroom mirror) and a few wall hooks for jackets/towels etc.
