This was our second time staying here, and we would stay again! The apartment is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Brian gave clear instructions and was very responsive throughout the stay. Thank you for a great weekend!

Brian’s place was the perfect location for my daughter’s swim meet at Gabrielsen Natatorium! The house was easy to find, easy to get in and out, and even lovelier in person than the pictures! The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. The refrigerator was spotless and the stove worked perfectly for cooking. The couch was super comfy and the bedroom was adorable. This was a perfect set up for me and my daughter. The price was a great deal for everything we needed on this trip. Brian was also very quick to respond when I had questions. I can tell his tenants are important in the way he communicated with me. Thank you!

The apartment was attractive, well equipped, and well located within walking distance or the Five Points restaurants and businesses. Brian was a helpful host and check in was seamless, with all information provided to me ahead of time. We would definitely stay in this rental again!

Brian’s place was spot on in Athens “cozy”! I love to stay here when visiting my brother in Five Points. It offers walkability to restaurants, nightlife, shops, grocery stores and coffee houses….you name it! Of course, being a huge Dawgs fan you are a rocks throw.from all things UGA! Inside he has thought of everything from the furnishings to a nice bathroom and kitchen and I feel very safe there, not to mention comfortable!! I love driveway parking too! I will be back, you can count on it 😉👍🏻!! A great experience overall!!

Great location for UGA football trip. Easily walkable to town and campus. Inside of the house was clean and updated. Very private, quiet neighborhood but still only 2 blocks to downtown.

My husband and I stayed here for a game weekend and really enjoyed the place. It was just the right size for us, clean and walkable to everything we wanted to do. We would love to stay again.

Had a great experience for the weekend at this place. Beautiful updated kitchen, and all bedrooms were on the 2nd floor (which we liked).
The house is just off the main road leading to downtown, yet tucked away and feels private and safe.
Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Athens at the Five Points Gem! So much space to spread out and enjoy the weekend. Every little detail had been taken care of to make our stay delightful. It was such a private retreat with cozy furnishings, comfortable bed, quaint entrance, clear communication from the owners with directions on where to park and how to enter. We loved everything about this place and will definitely be back the next time we come to Athens! Many thanks to our host Brian for an awesome weekend!

This is a beautifully located apartment for anybody who’s moving a child into Jorge. Bryon was incredibly responsive and helped out when the Internet went out… Which was not his fault… It was super easy to get in and out very convenient. I highly recommend this place.
