Brian's loft was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, exactly as described, and lots of amenities. The loft was beautifully decorated and was comfortable and roomy. Ample free parking out the back was much appreciated. Brian was very responsive, friendly and provided excellent and easy instructions. We had no issues whatsoever and hope we can come stay again next time we are in the Athens area!

Thank you for an Awesome stay! Nice quiet area, close to campus and tennis courts. Excellent host with clear communication throughout stay. Place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen supplies, nice furnishings. Could not have asked for a nicer place! Would Not hesitate to book

Central location of the home and the price point made this our choice and we didn't regret it. Best host I've had in terms of communication. Having three bedrooms upstairs and a separate apartment downstairs was nice to have in terms of sleeping arrangements for our family. We'd stay at any of Brian's properties with confidence and probably will for future football games or other UGA events.

Very beautiful home!! Was clean and tidy when we arrived, the building is quiet & parking is very easy not difficult at all! Brian had great communication the entire time and I would 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Athens, Georgia! The home was very nice, clean, and located on a quiet street, which made it so relaxing. The location was perfect. It’s close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
The host was excellent with communication and always responded quickly. Even though we only stayed for two nights, the house was well stocked with everything we could have needed and felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Our family had a great stay for graduation! Brian was responsive, the place was clean and there was plenty of space for our large family to spread out. Loved the option to upgrade our checkout to later in the day! Highly recommend Brian’s place!

This was the perfect place for staying a week in Athens to visit friends. It was clean, well located, and easy to communicate with the host. Check-in was super easy. Street parking was never an issue. There are stairs getting down to the basement apartment to be aware of.

Wonderful stay at this location. It was tidy and clean and had all the amenities needed. It was very close (within walking distance) of UGA Campus and a 5 min drive to my daughter’s dorm! Would definitely stay here again. Brian does a great job communicating and responding to all requests!

Brian was a fantastic host. The property was beautiful and accommodated all of our guests during college graduation events for our daughter. Grocery stores and restaurants are within driving distance. It is also easy to get to the UGA campus. Thank you for making our weekend special. I would stay here again.
