I stayed in the apartment for several days and loved the location. I walked to Foley Field and to Stegeman for a couple of basketball games. Easy walk in a nice area. Would stay again.

Our adult family of 6 had plenty of room and some to spare for a weekend trip in for a wedding in Watkinsville. The location was great to meet for the welcome party location in Athens and to explore the city before the wedding on Saturday evening. My daughter wasn’t feeling well so it was nice to have everything close enough to run and grab cold meds at target and comfortable for her to mend before the wedding. Communication was great throughout our stay and everything was as pictured. Liked that they had coffee filters for the coffee machine and coffee grounds on hand so I didn’t have to buy. Always like waking up to a good cup of coffee. All in all very lovely and spacious.

This apartment was perfect for our family! We were traveling with my adult son so it was nice for us to have separate spaces especially the two bathrooms! Location was close to campus, downtown and grocery stores. The complex felt safe and was super quiet - we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We needed a last-minute place in Athens, and all the nearby hotels were either sold out or nearly $800 a night, so we were very glad to find this Airbnb. It worked perfectly for our two-night stay. It is an older home that has been updated, and it was very clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the air purifier. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. It was a very busy weekend, so we paid a premium to stay here, but for our situation, it worked well, and we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was clean and very comfortable, making me feel right at home. The location is fantastic and close to everything you might need and easy to get around. Five points is just a few blooks. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to answer my questions. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great experience in Athens.

We loved staying here. The location was amazing. The place was so cozy and comfortable. Very very clean. All the supplies you could possible need. Easy to check in. Easy to check out. Great communication with the host. Would love to stay here again sometime.

I was in town to see my college aged son. I enjoyed my stay at Brian’s place, it was convenient to Five Points and also to the university. It had all necessary amenities and was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay. The home was just as listed, comfortable, clean and in a beautiful area. We were close to great restaurants and downtown shopping. Our host was quick to reply and very helpful. We highly recommend staying in this charming home!

We had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend. 5 stars! Our only complaint was the request for early check in. Most AirBNB’s we had stayed at, have no issues. But we would have had to pay for early check in. But we all made it work. Beautiful house, wonderful host!!
