Stayed here for UGA sorority parents weekend. Place was great - on target as described. Clean and had everything you would need. Convenient location. Price was same or better than hotels with much more room and a feeling of home. Brian was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Great location and great host-quick responses to all questions. Apartment was spotless with plenty of amenities. It's a tight space but worked great for two people. Easy walking distance to 5 points and lovely neighborhood.

This place was great. We were a bunch of moms in town for a sorority mom’s weekend. The house was pretty, clean and worked so well for us. Thank you Brian for a wonderful stay !!

Great stay at Brian's place. Everything was perfect, clean and just how it looks in the photos. Location could not be better, walkable distance to restaurantes and cafes. Will come back soon!

The home was exactly as advertised the host was very involved and asked did I need anything multiple times throughout my stay the home was very clean and in a nice neighborhood I would recommend this host and this property again

Brian was the perfect host. He reached out to me well in advance and gave easy to follow instructions on how to access the studio. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen provided me an easy option to eat in if desired. I would highly recommend Brian’s Airbnb.

My family and I had a fabulous stay! This place is in a great location, close to campus, near lots of great restaurants, and tucked in a quiet complex. The place was very clean and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed in the apartment for several days and loved the location. I walked to Foley Field and to Stegeman for a couple of basketball games. Easy walk in a nice area. Would stay again.

Our adult family of 6 had plenty of room and some to spare for a weekend trip in for a wedding in Watkinsville. The location was great to meet for the welcome party location in Athens and to explore the city before the wedding on Saturday evening. My daughter wasn’t feeling well so it was nice to have everything close enough to run and grab cold meds at target and comfortable for her to mend before the wedding. Communication was great throughout our stay and everything was as pictured. Liked that they had coffee filters for the coffee machine and coffee grounds on hand so I didn’t have to buy. Always like waking up to a good cup of coffee. All in all very lovely and spacious.

This apartment was perfect for our family! We were traveling with my adult son so it was nice for us to have separate spaces especially the two bathrooms! Location was close to campus, downtown and grocery stores. The complex felt safe and was super quiet - we will definitely be looking to stay here again!
