Wonderful stay at this location. It was tidy and clean and had all the amenities needed. It was very close (within walking distance) of UGA Campus and a 5 min drive to my daughter’s dorm! Would definitely stay here again. Brian does a great job communicating and responding to all requests!

Brian was a fantastic host. The property was beautiful and accommodated all of our guests during college graduation events for our daughter. Grocery stores and restaurants are within driving distance. It is also easy to get to the UGA campus. Thank you for making our weekend special. I would stay here again.

Perfect Mother daughter weekend getaway visiting my UGA Junior for the Sanford Stadium Tour! The location couldn't have been more perfect—it made getting back and forth to campus and downtown a breeze. Clean, spacious and welcoming I felt very safe staying by myself. Brian was super responsive and helpful. A complete gem of a place . 🙂 I can’t wait to return!

I would DEFINITELY recommend this awesome spot for a stay. We came down from New York (3 night stay) for a show in town and couldn’t speak highly enough about how great our experience was. Check-in was prompt and seamless, the apartment itself was clean, quiet, spacious and just as pictured (in fact I don’t even think photos do justice to capture how nice the it truly is). Great location it was wonderful. Everything was so cute and charming. Everything we needed. I felt safe the entire time, especially being only two girls there the neighborhood was charming. I will go back again.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood (Normaltown)! So close to everything we wanted to do! Spacious living areas and bedrooms, with a large kitchen. Great back deck with a lush green yard and very shady. Perfect for hanging out. We went on walks, cooked in one evening, and just enjoyed the space while visiting with family. Brian was good to check in and be available if needed, a great host. I would 100% book this rental again on our next trip to Athens!

My daughter and I had a fabulous weekend in Athens! The apartment was just as described -- super clean and comfy, and everything we needed! (I especially liked the extra firm mattress.) We didn't cook while we were there but the kitchen was fully stocked if we had needed it. We loved being in Five Points! We walked to Fully Loaded, Marker Seven, and Condor Chocolates; as well as to the Dan Magill Tennis Facility and Foley Field. Brian was a great host! Self check-in was easy and Brian checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment and would love to stay here again when we're back in Athens!

Loved this beautiful Five Points cottage! Our family of four had plenty of space to spread out, and we appreciated how beautifully decorated and appointed this home was! It had a gorgeous yard and was within walking distance to all of the great spots in Five Points! Brian was also was incredibly helpful and communicated with us from the moment we booked his place.
Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this beautiful home for any Athens visit!!!
