My daughter and I had a fabulous weekend in Athens! The apartment was just as described -- super clean and comfy, and everything we needed! (I especially liked the extra firm mattress.) We didn't cook while we were there but the kitchen was fully stocked if we had needed it. We loved being in Five Points! We walked to Fully Loaded, Marker Seven, and Condor Chocolates; as well as to the Dan Magill Tennis Facility and Foley Field. Brian was a great host! Self check-in was easy and Brian checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment and would love to stay here again when we're back in Athens!

I had such a great stay in Athens! Brian’s place was amazing. So close to everything including university and downtown, yet it was located in such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The perfect spot! Super comfortable and Brian was so accessible and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again when I am back in Athens!

Brian’s place was extremely convenient to all the things we were there to do for parents’ weekend. It was clean and Brian communicated often and although we didn’t need anything during our stay, he was very quick to respond to any and all correspondences. We would definitely stay here again.

Having a student in Athens for 4 years now and coming to town a few times a year, this was definitely one of the best finds for a place to stay. Easy parking access, clean open space, close to everything and a great host.

Stayed here for UGA sorority parents weekend. Place was great - on target as described. Clean and had everything you would need. Convenient location. Price was same or better than hotels with much more room and a feeling of home. Brian was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Great location and great host-quick responses to all questions. Apartment was spotless with plenty of amenities. It's a tight space but worked great for two people. Easy walking distance to 5 points and lovely neighborhood.

This place was great. We were a bunch of moms in town for a sorority mom’s weekend. The house was pretty, clean and worked so well for us. Thank you Brian for a wonderful stay !!

Great stay at Brian's place. Everything was perfect, clean and just how it looks in the photos. Location could not be better, walkable distance to restaurantes and cafes. Will come back soon!

The home was exactly as advertised the host was very involved and asked did I need anything multiple times throughout my stay the home was very clean and in a nice neighborhood I would recommend this host and this property again

Brian was the perfect host. He reached out to me well in advance and gave easy to follow instructions on how to access the studio. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen provided me an easy option to eat in if desired. I would highly recommend Brian’s Airbnb.
