Brian’s place was spot on in Athens “cozy”! I love to stay here when visiting my brother in Five Points. It offers walkability to restaurants, nightlife, shops, grocery stores and coffee houses….you name it! Of course, being a huge Dawgs fan you are a rocks throw.from all things UGA! Inside he has thought of everything from the furnishings to a nice bathroom and kitchen and I feel very safe there, not to mention comfortable!! I love driveway parking too! I will be back, you can count on it 😉👍🏻!! A great experience overall!!

Great location for UGA football trip. Easily walkable to town and campus. Inside of the house was clean and updated. Very private, quiet neighborhood but still only 2 blocks to downtown.

My husband and I stayed here for a game weekend and really enjoyed the place. It was just the right size for us, clean and walkable to everything we wanted to do. We would love to stay again.

Had a great experience for the weekend at this place. Beautiful updated kitchen, and all bedrooms were on the 2nd floor (which we liked).
The house is just off the main road leading to downtown, yet tucked away and feels private and safe.
Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Athens at the Five Points Gem! So much space to spread out and enjoy the weekend. Every little detail had been taken care of to make our stay delightful. It was such a private retreat with cozy furnishings, comfortable bed, quaint entrance, clear communication from the owners with directions on where to park and how to enter. We loved everything about this place and will definitely be back the next time we come to Athens! Many thanks to our host Brian for an awesome weekend!

This is a beautifully located apartment for anybody who’s moving a child into Jorge. Bryon was incredibly responsive and helped out when the Internet went out… Which was not his fault… It was super easy to get in and out very convenient. I highly recommend this place.

We loved staying here. It is in the center of everything UGA. We walked to the campus and five points for dinner. If you are look do an alternative to a hotel, this place is perfect.

We have stayed at this location twice for good reason. The location is perfect for great restaurant’s and University of Georgia events.
The home is well appointed , beds are comfortable, technology ( TV’s upgraded inside the house and out).
We love the private backyard and the ability to walk virtually anywhere !!
Brian is a great and responsible host !

Great stay! Exactly what I was looking for for my week in Athens. The location is so convenient - walking distance to campus and lots of restaurants - but on a very quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. The large dining room table provided the perfect work space during the day. The bed was very comfortable and the house was so quiet - I felt like I was out in the country - great sleeping space. Really wonderful place to stay while my daughter attended a camp at UGA.

I can’t say enough about our stay. We were a large group and we felt all right at home. It is a beautiful home with very nice decor and it was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was the best!! It was well equipped with all necessary utensils and beautiful dishes. We truly enjoyed the stay. Brian communicated all the details and he seemed very friendly and attentive in all the emails. I will definitely keep this listing in mind if I travel to Athens again. Thank you so much Brian!!
