The cottage was lovely! It was very clean with the added bonus of washer / dryer. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants at Five Points each evening. Brian was very responsive and helpful when we needed to message him.

The apartment was perfect for me and my daughter. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were even able to walk to dinner one night. Brian was very responsive and helpful in making restaurants recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is a great landing spot for a trip to Athens. It's located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood and is close to campus and restaurants. Its is really well thought out in terms of use of space. The kitchen is cute and well-stocked, with lots of storage. The washer/dryer is an added bonus! Although the bathroom is small, it manages to squeeze in some storage (and hooks!) and is clean and stylish. Although I didn't have any problems with it, I could see the small driveway with parking shared with the upstairs unit being a bit dicey. Would definitely stay here again!

We were delighted to find a Washer/Dryer in the kitchen that wasn't listed. Lots of little extras, bed was comfy and supportive. Nice neighborhood, quiet yet close to 5 Points and Memorial Park. Bathroom has a narrow cabinet with shelves that fit all our toiletries, plus there's two large drawers under the sink.

Clean and comfortable space in a great location in Athens. Full kitchen was really nice to prepare meals and bed was very comfortable making for great nights of sleep. The location was outstanding making it easy to walk all things UGA, a nearby gym, grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Brian is great with communication and goes out of the way to be accommodating. I stayed a week and would do so again. Thanks Brian!

Had an AMAZING stay at Brian’s! The unit was clean and cozy and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood near five points. Kitchen had every amenity you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Firm bed with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Hangers and ironing board were very nice for laundry too! My only issue is it’s below another rental unit and I could hear every step and sound from above. If you’re a light sleeper bring a sound machine and ear plugs. Other than that it was a 5 star stay!
